Taking care of your skin is important, regardless of the time of year. However, we’re putting the spotlight on skin care regimes this month since November is National Healthy Skin Month! 3 Tips to Improve Your Skin in Honour of National Healthy Skin Month.

 

Skincare tips:

 

1. Use a skin oil before moisturizer 

To keep your skin feeling and looking hydrated and glowing, incorporate an oil into your skincare routine. We love the Wander Beauty Oil and the SuperGoop glowscreen (SPF 40!) yes please!!

 

2. In the day time, use a gentle face wash to cleanse the skin

We also recommend alternating between vitamin C + hyaluronic acid serums, eye cream, moisturizer, and finishing off with sunscreen (no matter the season!) to spice up your routine.

 

 

3. Come night time, try an exfoliating face wash

Try a niacinamide serum, eye cream with retinol, and finish off with a light moisturizer and lip mask before you go to bed! 

By adding extra steps in your skincare routine, such as using serums, you can target problematic areas including  fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and acne.
