WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN FOR THE RETREAT? AND WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

CHECK-IN FOR THE CHIC RETREAT ON 11/4 IS 1PM (EARLIER THAN REGULAR HOTEL CHECK IN, ROOMS WILL BE READY BY 3PM) – WE ARE STARTING THE RETREAT WITH SIPS, SNACKS, CONNECTIONS + MORE.  3 DAY AND 1.5 DAY RETREAT ATTENDEES CAN ARRIVE FROM 1PM (OR ANYTIME AFTER).  1 DAY ATTENDEES, ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN IS 10AM 11/5

CHECK-OUT FOR 5PM 11/5.
CHECK-OUT FOR 1.5 DAY RETREAT ATTENDEES IS 5PM 11/5.
CHECK-OUT FOR 3 DAY RETREAT ATTENDEES IS 1PM 11/6.

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?

Yes! We have space for 150 friends for the Chic Retreat, and welcome first come, first. Good news – snag your ticket early and you’re set! We recommend purchasing your ticket as soon as possible to take advantage of the early bird discount, or the payment plan offer.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR PLANS CHANGE?

We welcome you to sell your ticket, however No refunds.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET?

Yes, you can sell your ticket up to 72 hours before the retreat. If you do, please notify us of the change, email: TheChicExperience.retreat@gmail.com

AM I REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION FOR THE RETREAT OR AT SPARKLING HILL?

NO. SPARKLING HILL WE NO LONGER REQUIRE PROOF OF VACCINATION AS OF APRIL 8, 2022.

WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD? WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

SPARKLING HILL RESORT + SPA. 888 Sparkling Pl, Vernon, BC

LOCATED IN THE OKANAGAN VALLEY, A 20-MINUTE DRIVE FROM VERNON, BC AND 30 MINUTES FROM THE KELOWNA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?

Yes. Valet parking is included in the cost, 1 vehicle per room. For 1 day attendees, parking is included but limited. We recommend utilizing ride share services if possible.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DO I RECEIVE MORE THAN EVENTBRITE CONFIRMATION?

Yes. You will receive a ‘welcome package’ within 72 hours of your purchase. If not, please email: TheChicExperience.retreat@gmail.com

IS THE RETREAT FOR 19+ ONLY?

No. The hotel requirement is 16+ so we hold the same requirement.  We are happy to welcome 16+ to the retreat.  The Penthouse suite/Happy Hour lounge is for 19+ age.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE INCLUDED?

Yes! All meals, snacks, and non-alcohol beverages are included.  Also wine during dinner and wine, cocktails and additional beverages and snacks are available in the Penthouse suite/Happy Hour lounge.

Please note, if you have any food allergies, we ask you reply to our welcome package email before 10/15/22.

Attendees for the 3 day retreat package will receive the following meals:

  • 11/4- pick up and go dinner
  • 11/5- restaurant breakfast, catered buffet lunch, catered family style dinner

*snacks, drinks throughout the day & access to penthouse lounge each day

Attendees for the 1.5 day retreat package will receive the following meals:

  • 11/4- pick up and go dinner
  • 11/5- restaurant breakfast, catered buffet lunch,

*snacks, drinks throughout the day & access to penthouse lounge each day

Attendees for the 1 day pass package will receive the following meals:

  • 11/5- catered buffet lunch

*snacks, drinks throughout the day & access to penthouse lounge during happy hour

SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING?

Bring your personal belongings – luggage, swim suit, a great book, Bluetooth speakers to connect music in your room if you prefer.

This is an all-inclusive retreat, we provide all meals, snacks, drinks, activities, activations and more. We even have a Chic Retreat playlist for all guests.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We have an exciting schedule planned, and we welcome you to wear clothes and shoes that you feel your best. If you are attending the 1.5 day retreat or 3 day retreat, there will be breaks to freshen up, change attire, and glam should you wish.

Friday day and evening is on the casual side. Saturday daytime is professional chic.

Saturday evening is a gala dinner.

Sunday is packed with speakers and a connections session.

DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

YES, SPARKLING HILL RESORT OFFERS FOUR WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS. PLEASE LET OUR RESERVATIONS TEAM KNOW IF YOU WILL REQUIRE ONE OF THESE ROOMS WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING.
