Gigi Hadid is showing love for the East Coast in the most glamorous way. The supermodel revealed her entire Gigi x Maybelline East Coast Glam Collection on Instagram over the weekend! This set of goodies joins the existing Jetsetter Palette in her first-ever beauty line. This is the perfect palette for our Chic Studios’ NYC classroom!

The products in the collection fall into one of two categories: East Coast Glam, inspired by the NYC’s trendy vibe, and West Coast Glow, which combines a warm, beachy SoCal feel with the a touch of Hollywood glamour. To differentiate each category, Hadid accented her East Coast Glam products with silver lettering, and her West Coast Glow products with gold lettering. We love how there’s variations in color for each coast represented!

Gigi x Maybelline East Coast Collection

In her announcement of the news, Gigi wrote that the products “can be used and added on throughout the day for one of my favorite chic [and] badass day-to-night looks!”

Along with the 11-pan Jetsetter Palette, Gigi released a set of neutral lipsticks, liquid and gel eyeliners, mascara, and an eye-shadow brush.

Gigi revealed that she was inspired to create a set of products for a “light, everyday look” users can achieve “quickly and easily.” If you’re jetting off to a foreign country or simply trying to apply your makeup while on your morning public transit commute, the East Coast Glam collection is here to make life a little bit easier.

Gigi x Maybelline West Coast Collection

Even though Maybelline is a drugstore brand, this bundle will be sold exclusively at Ulta. Her whole collection is out now! Tell us in the comments if you got your hands on these gorgeous products!

Top Pat McGrath Products We Need in Our LA Makeup School

A self-confessed cosmetics nerd, Pat McGrath creates the looks for 80 major fashion shows a year. She’s had her work published in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and W, to name a few, and has worked with designers like Prada, Miu Miu, and Dolce and Gabbana. She’s also designed Armani’s cosmetics line and been in charge of Max Factor and Cover Girl cosmetics since 2004. Because of her success in the pro makeup industry, she is one of our muses at our LA makeup school! 

At Chic Studios, we take the expertise and knowledge of Pat McGrath’s legacy and cover it in our Fashion + Runway add-on! Our students not only re-create some of her runway looks, but they’re also given scenarios like working to create a uniform look and are timed to experience a real backstage setting.
